I’ve been really challenged by each session and find that if you apply yourself fully to each movement in continuity, the overall feeling is as intense as any gym session I have experienced through training for various sports. I have found it to open up mobility and flexibility by large degrees in areas where I have had injuries, particularly shoulders, hips and hamstrings. The active stretching is really well instructed and sees you performing movements you would not think up - but they work!

Over an 8-week sample, my sleep was so much better on those 8 nights compared to the rest of the week - there is a definite strong positive correlation to better sleep after each session I think as a result of both physical balance and mental clarity and perspective.”
